This is one of our more exciting entry-level whites because it gives us the opportunity to showcase the beauty of Dalmatian whites from Croatia with skin-contact, all at an entry-level price point. Delightful golden color that pops in the glass, and charming complexity that lingers on the palate. Great with shellfish and fattier fish, but it goes surprisingly well with grilled or roasted pork or veal, as well.
