Cotswolds Dry Gin is a blend of nine botanicals. The expression of the traditional London dry style comes from the maceration into the pure wheat spirit of juniper, coriander and angelica root, which has been left for 12 hours to allow their characteristics to fully infuse. About 800 limes and 500 grapefruits are then hand peeled every week for each batch of gin before being added to the botanical mix. Local Cotswolds lavender, bay leaf, black pepper and cardamom seed are then added.

Fresh and bold juniper leads the way with fragrant citrus and cardamom. Notes of fresh orange peel and cinnamon add to an enticing nose.
Juniper again leads, but there’s plenty more besides. The mouthfeel is thick and creamy whilst the cloves, coriander and cardamom offer depth.
Here the supporting botanicals really shine with lingering cardamom and orange peel on the tail.
